Everyone has their own Love Language. Of course, you should know your spouse’s language. But there are a few tried and true items a husband should do. This will get you 95% of the way there and save you from marriage counseling.
1. Be patient.
You want to snap. Don’t. You want to say that something makes no sense in a loud voice. Take an extra second and say it in a different tone. Every extra second you can take before you react is a wise second and will save you hours of pain.
2. Do chores.
There’s nothing sexier a man can do. For my wife, this is basically foreplay. Strut around the house with that vacuum and you are basically make her va cuum.
3. Make sweet love regularly.
After you clean out the dishwasher, it’s time to clean the pipes.
