Better than Anyone?

What is the one thing you can do better than anyone else that also doesn’t have any marketability as a true skill?  A bar trick if you will.  One that you can’t use to win money or consider an asset, but at which you would consider yourself to be “world class”.  For me, my talent would be eating ribs.  A classic full-rack slathered in BBQ sauce.

Now I know what you’re saying.  “Rick, do you consider yourself to be a competitive rib eating champion?”  The answer would be yes, but I am really referring to my style of rib eating.  I can eat a full rack of ribs without getting a drop of BBQ sauce on my fingers or face.  Yes, that’s right.  I use a knife and fork to eat ribs.

If I didn’t know what you were thinking before, now I really do.  “But Rick, you must leave so much extra meat on them bones.”  And now you know why I consider myself to be better than anyone at eating ribs.

Clean face.  Clean hands.  Clean bones.
